101 Boot Camp Session 2: Nuts & Bolts for Building a Planned Giving Program: Tools & Steps for New or Young Programs

March 19, 2019 @ 8:30 am – 11:00 am
8800 Page Avenue

The Saint Louis Planned Giving Council and the Association of Fundraising Professionals are again partnering to host a three-part Planned Giving 101 Boot Camp Series.

The series is designed to introduce the concepts of planned giving to development professionals, executive directors, board members and others who are either new to planned giving or interested in starting a planned giving program. It will appeal to experienced gift planners as well. Presented over three sessions, experts will share their practical knowledge and proven templates for success. Walk away with specific actions to implement immediately and plans to keep building your program! Session format includes Q&A.

About the presentation: If your organization has no planned giving program (and even if your donor names are on file cards), you will learn how to start one. Take new programs to the next level through effective data mining and segmentation.  If your organization is “a best kept secret,” come to learn how to create an affordable marketing plan that takes you out of the shadows.  Leave knowing how to set your stage for success even further by learning the GPS of negotiating a visit!
