Larry will discuss a variety of charitable giving tricks and traps, and provide an update on any relevant proposed tax legislation and its potential impact in charitable giving.
Larry Katzenstein is a nationally known authority on estate planning and exempt organizations, and a frequent speaker around the country to professional groups. He represents wealthy individuals in estate and philanthropic planning and serves as outside counsel to exempt organizations nationwide. He received his law degree from Harvard University.

CFRE – Full participation in “A Potpourri of Charitable Planning Tricks and Traps” is applicable for 1.0 points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
